Terms of Service

Important: Reasora is independent exam preparation software. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Università Bocconi or any other university. “Bocconi” and “Online Bocconi Test” are used only to describe which admissions exam our practice is designed for.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reasora website and study platform at https://reasora.org (the “Service”). By creating an account or paying for access, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Reasora provides independent online practice for applicants preparing for university admissions tests. Contact: support@reasora.com.

2. What the Service is (and is not)

• The Service offers original practice questions, topic drills, timed mock exams, and score reports written for Reasora.
• We describe the published structure of the Online Bocconi Test (section mix, timing, navigation, and penalty scoring) so practice feels realistic. That description is based on publicly available admissions information, not on any partnership with a university.
• We do not sell, license, reproduce, or distribute official university exam papers, confidential materials, or copyrighted content from any institution.
• We do not guarantee admission, a minimum score, or any particular outcome on a real exam.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One paid access grant is for a single user unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. See section 8 for what deletion means.

4. Payment and Full Access

• Full Access is a paid product feature that unlocks the full practice bank and mock exams on the Service.
• Full Access is sold as a one-time payment of €49 for the admissions cycle stated on the site at the time of purchase, unless we say otherwise on the pricing page. This is not a recurring subscription unless we explicitly say so on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Access unlocks after successful payment and, where applicable, webhook confirmation. Technical delays may occasionally require a page refresh.
• Eligible referred buyers may receive a 20% discount on their first qualifying purchase (€39.20 instead of €49), subject to the referral rules in section 5.

5. Referral programme

Users with Full Access may share a personal referral link with friends preparing for the Online Bocconi Test, subject to eligibility rules enforced by the platform.

• A referred friend may receive 20% off their first qualifying purchase when they sign up through a valid referral link and meet eligibility requirements.
• The referrer receives 100 Reasora Coins after the referred user's first qualifying successful purchase in live mode, as described in section 6.
• Self-referrals are prohibited. Referral discounts and rewards apply only when platform eligibility rules are met.
• Referral rewards are not commissions, cash payouts, or a percentage of the purchase price.
• If a qualifying purchase is fully refunded according to our refund and payment processing rules, associated referral Coin rewards may be reversed. Partial refunds do not partially reverse Coins.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue referral mechanics with reasonable notice where required by law.

6. Reasora Coins

• Reasora Coins are an internal reward unit on the Service. They are not cash, legal tender, or a stored-value instrument.
• Coins currently have no stated monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn.
• No cash payout or withdrawal is currently offered for Coins.
• Future uses for Coins may be introduced or changed over time. We do not guarantee any specific future reward, discount, or redemption option unless we announce it on the Service.
• Coin balances and reward history are tied to your account. If your account is deleted, associated Coins and visible Coin history are lost and are not transferred to another account.

7. Promotional codes

From time to time we may offer promotional codes that reduce the price of Full Access or grant access under specific conditions.

• Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and are validated server-side. We do not honour client-supplied prices or discount amounts.
• Promotions may have eligibility limits, including one use per account where stated or enforced by the platform.
• Promotional discounts do not stack with referral discounts unless we explicitly say otherwise.
• Promotions may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.
• Promo codes validated through our server-side flow may grant Full Access without a Stripe payment where the final price is zero.

8. Account deletion

Signed-in users may permanently delete their account from the account settings page. Account deletion is permanent or effectively permanent for practical purposes.

• Deleting your account removes your REASORA account and account-linked benefits, including Full Access, saved progress, referral identity on the Service, and Reasora Coins.
• Deleting your account does not automatically refund previous purchases.
• Some payment, webhook, or audit records may be retained in anonymised or detached form where necessary for operational, fraud-prevention, or accounting consistency. Those records are no longer linked to an active user account you can access through the Service.

9. Refunds

Because access is delivered digitally and unlocked immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once full access has been granted, except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

If you paid by mistake, were charged twice, or cannot access paid content after purchase, contact us within 14 days at support@reasora.com. We review cases individually and may offer a refund or account fix where appropriate.

10. Intellectual property

• All Reasora questions, explanations, passages, software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors.
• Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own preparation. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative products from our content.
• University names and test names may be trademarks of their owners. Our use is descriptive only and does not imply endorsement.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or sell access to others;
• Automate scraping or bulk download of questions;
• Upload or distribute official third-party exam materials through the Service;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform;
• Use the Service in any unlawful way;
• Abuse referral or promotional mechanisms.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep content accurate and the platform stable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that practice scores will predict real exam performance.

Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, academic, or admissions advice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reasora and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost admissions opportunities, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €49 if greater mandatory consumer protections apply in your country.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory protections in your country of residence.

Disputes should first be raised with us at support@reasora.com. Where required by law, you may bring claims in your local courts.
